Why We Created SkinReset™

PDRN Has The Benefits. The Challenge Is Getting It Through The Skin.

PDRN has been used and studied in dermatology and aesthetic medicine for its role in skin repair and regeneration.

But PDRN is a large molecule, and the skin barrier makes topical delivery challenging. Injectable treatments bypass the outer skin barrier, which is one reason PDRN has also been used in injectable approaches. We wanted to solve that delivery challenge for a serum, so we built a delivery system around PDRN itself.

SkinReset™ uses dual-encapsulated PDRN, where the PDRN is first placed inside a nanoliposomal system and then protected by a polymeric layer, helping protect the active and support its delivery through the skin's outer barrier.

We tested the delivery in a permeation study, and after a single application, 304.10 µg/cm² of PDRN was measured across the stratum corneum under controlled laboratory conditions.
